1. 20% off AV, when Encore is selected as primary provider.

2. One (1) complimentary sleeping room for every thirty-five (35) full revenue generating sleeping rooms on a cumulative basis to be utilized during your program. Unused rooms will be forfeited and not credited to the master account.

3. Two (2) complimentary VIP sedan round trip airport transfers.

4. Double Bonvoy Points – up to 250,000.

5. Complimentary coffee break or welcome reception up to the peak contracted. Hotel choice of menu, up to one hour.

6. 15% per night attrition.

7. Complimentary continental breakfast for the staff (3% of the peak night).

8. Signature cocktail upon arrival (one per peak room night).

9. 50% of staff rooms vs 25% (3% of peak).

10. $41 Discounted Resort Fee per night (from $45), includes complimentary parking, two complimentary drinks, guestroom WIFI, fitness facility and more.

11. Ten percent (10%) discount of of the Resort’s published Banquet Menus once the catering minimum is achieved.

12. Exclusive of applicable taxes, service charge, liquor, labor and specialty menus.
